Unilever To Move North American HQ From Bergen County To Hoboken
Unilever, which makes Dove soap, Magnum ice cream, and more, will move its headquarters from Bergen County to Hoboken.

NORTH JERSEY — Unilever — one of the world's largest consumer goods companies, responsible for Dove soap, Magnum ice cream, and more — will soon move to Hoboken, that city's mayor confirmed.
"Great news. Unilever will soon be relocating their headquarters to Hoboken!" wrote Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla. "Their decision to open up here is a testament to our strong local economy and vibrant business environment. Looking forward to welcoming them next year!"
They are moving their North American headquarters from Englewood Cliffs in Bergen County to Hoboken's south waterfront.

They'll occupy three floors of Waterfront Corporate Center 1, at 111 River St., said a report on NorthJersey.com.
The waterfront complex already includes several other brands and businesses, including Newell Brands and a Wonder restaurant and delivery service.

The company will keep its research and development division in the existing Bergen County space at 800 Sylvan Ave., said the report.
Unilever did not respond to questions from Patch about how many employees will move from Bergen County to the Hoboken office.
