Warren Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

According to police.

A 23-year-old Warren resident was arrested in Hoboken on Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct, .

A little before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Deepak Madan was walking in the area of First and Bloomfield Streets, police said, when security guards of the nearby bars tried to get him to leave.

When police asked him to leave, Madan told officers that he "didn't do anything wrong," according to police reports. Police said Madan was threatening passersby and had his shirt off.

When police told him again to leave, according to reports, he left, only to take his shirt off again a block away. When Madan bumped into two passersby, police decided to arrest him, according to reports. When taken to police headquarters, he also acted beligerently, police said.
