A representative said that the problems affect all MVC agencies throughout New Jersey except for the ones handling suspensions. According to the <a href="http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MVC website</a>, "due to technical issues MVC agencies are currently unable to process customer transactions."
