Decking the Halls in Hazlet
Judging for this year's Holiday Decorating Contest begins Saturday.

Hopefully you’ve hung those lights, decked those halls and all that other fun stuff, because the annual Hazlet Holiday House Decorating Contest is set to begin this weekend.
Judges (members of the Recreation Board of Commissioners) will begin touring areas of Hazlet and West Keansburg on Saturday, picking our their favorite homes. On Thursday, Dec. 19, the finalists will be picked, with the top three most homes receiving a gift card to Deerborn Market in Holmdel.
“It’s really a great way of keeping the town’s spirits bright for the holiday,” said Recreation Director Karen Theer.
