Delayed Opening For Holmdel Schools On Tuesday

HOLMDEL, NJ — Holmdel schools will have a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday morning, Jan. 16, the superintendent announced.

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory in effect for the area until 4 p.m. Tuesday, with snow changing to sleet and total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch.

Lunch service is provided at Holmdel High School and W.R.Satz School when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal, Superintendent J. Scott Cascone said.

Lunch service is not provided at Village and Indian Hill Schools when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal.
