Republican Sweep In Holmdel, Hazlet Elections

Here are the election results as of 7:30 a.m.
For the Hazlet Township Committee, the candidates running against each other are Republican Susan M. Kiley and Democrat Kevin M. Lavan. Results show Kiley winning with 56 percent of the vote.
For the Hazlet Board of Education, three full term seats are being contested between Victor Iannello; Joseph Lamb, Jr.; William J. Kolibas, Jr.; Thomas Herman; and Thomas Ricchiuti. Giuseppe Pruscino is on the ballot for a two year term for Board Member. Results show Iannello, Lamb, and Kolibas winning.

For Holmdel Township Committee, there are two seats available, with the candidates being Republicans Patrick Impreveduto and Gregory Buontempo, and Democrats Karen S. Strickland and Janet Berk. Results show Impreveduto and Buontempo winning with roughly 28% and 26% of the vote.
There are three people on the ballot for the three Holmdel Board of Educations seats, and they are: Peter Reddy, John Martinez, and Denise Kline.
