Freehold Couple Sentenced To Prison For Supplying Drugs To Gang
The two pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin and were sentenced to 30 and 125 months in prison
FREEHOLD, NJ —A couple from Freehold was sentenced in Virginia to many years in prison for supplying drugs to Bloods gang members, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Stephen Price, 48, would travel to Virginia to provide gang members with cocaine and heroin in doses meant for distribution in the Hampton Roads region, officials said. He would also distribute those same drugs to gang members who traveled from Virginia to New Jersey with the intention of redistributing them.
Prince pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin on May 27 and June 1, respectively, and was sentenced to 125 months in prison.

Whenever he was unavailable, 33-year-old Dominique Waller would step in and meet with the gang members to give them the drugs, officials said. She pleaded guilty to the same charges and was sentenced to 30 months in prison for her role in the conspiracy.
The two would also laundered the money they got from the sale — $550,000 in total.

This investigation was conducted by the FBI’s Peninsula Safe Streets Task Force, a partnership that includes the FBI, Virginia State Police, Hampton Police Division, James City County Police Department and Newport News Police Department.
