Hazlet Alliance to Host Informative Session for Parents on Drug Addiction Signs, Treatment for Students
"Parenting Your Child Through Difficult Times" is presented by the Hazlet School District and the Hazlet Alliance on November 12.

These days, children and teens are being introduced to drugs at an earlier age than parents may realize, or be unaware of the signs that their child has been taking drugs. With such problems like medication abuse at an all-time high nationally, it is more important than ever for parents to be the first guardian against their children abusing drugs.
With this sentiment in mind, the Hazlet School District and the Hazlet Alliance presents, ”Parenting Your Child Through Difficult Times”- an informative session, on November 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the Raritan High School cafeteria.
Guest speakers for the session include George Scott, EdS., LMFT, and Monmouth County Coordinator for the Traumatic Loss Coalition, as well as Michael De Leon of Steered Straight.
