Everything you need to know in Holmdel and Hazlet today.

It's been quite the week in Holmdel and Hazlet. On Wednesday, Hazlet police found themselves chasing a car with an infant in the backseat after it was carjacked from 13th Street. The baby was found shortly after, and is fine. A Jersey City man was arrested in connection with the incident.
In Holmdel, three unlocked Mercedes Benz cars were stolen overnight. A Hazlet home caught fire early Thursday morning and injured one man. An Aberdeen man was struck by a train and died from his injuries on Wednesday.
Let's all just take a breath, and look forward to some fresh seafood.
