Holmdel Committee Meeting At Bell Works Honoring First Responders

HOLMDEL, NJ — The next Holmdel Committee meeting will be held at the township conference room at Bell Works at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The owner of Bell Works is sponsoring a reception immediately after the meeting in honor of first responders and their families. It will be held in the atrium right outside the meeting room.

Tuesday will also be the last day to nominate someone for veteran of the year. To do so visit this page. Veterans will be recognized at the township's annual Veteran's Day ceremony in November.

On the agenda for the meeting is an ordinance to approve a grant of open space easement to Monmouth County for Allocco Park. Holmdel received a $200,000 grant from the county for recreational improvements under the condition that it would provide the county an open space easement over Allocco Park.
