Holmdel's Village School Closing Early Due to Nearby Transformer Fire

Holmdel's Village School will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday due to a transformer fire in the area causing the school to lose power.

Students who do not have an available adult at the bus stop will be returned to Indian Hill School where they can be picked up by their parent/guardian.

The closing only applies to Village School. Afternoon kindergarten has been canceled.

Any children not met at their bus stop be taken to Indian Hill School to await pickup by their parents.

Students in the "Primetime" after-school program will be transported directly from Village School to Indian Hill School, and will have their regular session at that location. Parents should adjust their pickup plans accordingly.

All after-school activities at Village school are CANCELED for the day.
