Keyport Man Charged with Committing Lewd Acts in Front of Teens
The Keyport man committed the lewd acts from his car, following two teens, according to police.

A Keyport man has been arrested following an incident where he alleged to have masturbated in front of two Aberdeen Township teens, according to police.
Jonathan A. Pascoe, 24, is alleged to have followed the two teens at approximately 5:00 p.m. on October 24 as they walked near the area of Donna Place in Aberdeen Township. The teens reported to police that the vehicle, a beige Chevrolet Malibu, slowed near them, at which point they could see the driver masturbating.
Aberdeen Police Officer Charles Trucillo observed a vehicle matching the description shortly after the call near the intersection of Lloyd Road and Church Street, and executed a motor vehicle stop. Subsequent investigation confirmed the incident as reported, and Pascoe was taken into custody, according to Aberdeen Police Chief John Powers.

Pascoe was charged with one count of Lewdness, with bail set at $5,000, no 10% option. Pascoe posted bail and was released pending a future court appearance.
An investigation is ongoing, according to Chief Powers. DSG Mike O’Dwyer, Sergeant Ray Sosa, P.O. Mary Johnston and Detective Hank Chevalier assisted with the investigation.
