Lucent Public Hearing Continues Tuesday
The meeting begins on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.

The existing building on the Lucent property remains on the agenda for Tuesday's Planning Board meeting, a continuation of last week's hearing.
Last week, traffic concerns and studies were discussed by the developers, who were questioned by board members and residents.
Somerset Developers said studies show traffic will not be severely impacted by a mixed-use building, which it plans to use to house an assisted living, remote college, surgi-center and a new public library.
Residents raised concerns about traffic during peak school travel hours. Somerset officials said current studies don't indicate there will be many delays in the area, but more studies will be conducted once the building opens for business.
On Tuesday, the public will hear testimony from the project’s civil engineer and planner. This hearing is only for Phase I which includes only the adaptive re-use of the Building, along with associated site improvements.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
