Monmouth Co. Had 298 Additional COVID-19 Cases: See Town-By-Town

MONMOUTH COUNTY — There were 298 new positive cases of COVID-19 this week reported in Monmouth County between Monday and Thursday, County Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone and County Commissioner Deputy Director Susan M. Kiley announced.

During the same time period, the county also reported eight new deaths related to COVID-19.

Many New Jersey counties still have a "high" level of transmission — including Monmouth —, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The County Commissioners and the Monmouth County Health Department are reminding residents to do their part to slow the spread by following the updated Center for Disease Control guidelines.

In observance of Election Day on Tuesday the Brookdale Community College vaccination site will be on Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m at the Montessori Children’s Learning Center, located at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, with no appointment necessary.

The County’s Brookdale vaccine clinic will resume on Tuesdays the following week starting Nov. 9.
