HAZLET, NJ — Route 36 has re-opened following a motor vehicle accident that took place Tuesday afternoon, Hazlet Police said. At 2:24 p.m. on Tuesday, police sent out an alert that Route 36 was closed between Rose Lane and Laurel Ave due to the accident. As of 3:16 p.m. on Tuesday, the road has re-opened. Patch has reached out to Hazlet Police for further information on the incident. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
