Proposed Childcare Center To Go Before Holmdel Planning Board
The center applicant is seeking site plan approval to renovate part of an existing 3-story building for a childcare center.

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Holmdel Planning Board will hear an application seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval to renovate part of an existing three-story building for a childcare center at their next meeting.
On Tuesday, April 15, the board will hear from Sireil Management, which is looking to renovate an existing building on Route 35 into a Celebree School Childcare Center.
The proposed center would be located on the first floor of the building and would occupy approximately 12,000 square feet within the existing building, the meeting agenda said.

Additional proposed improvements to the site include reconfiguring parking spaces in the vicinity of the building, a pickup and drop-off area, and a playground area to accommodate the center.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 15, in the meeting room of Holmdel Town Hall.
