Speed Restrictions On GSP In Holmdel Prompt Delays Tuesday: DOT

HOLMDEL, NJ - Weather-related speed restrictions on the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel have prompted commuting delays Tuesday morning, authorities said.

As of 5:42 a.m., there’s a weather-related speed advisory on the Garden State Parkway local and express roadways in both directions from Exit 116 - PNC Arts Center in Holmdel to Raritan Toll Plaza in Sayreville, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Speeds are capped at 45 miles per hour until further notice due to snowy roadway conditions, the agency said.
