Two Men Arrested for Burglary After Breaking Into Trailer at Holmdel Business

The two men, from Newark, were arrested and charged with burglary on November 2 after breaking into a trailer at a Holmdel business.

Two men have been charged with burglary after breaking into a trailer belonging to a business in Holmdel, according to Monmouth County court records.

On November 2, Alberto Rivera, 44, of Newark, and Alberto J. Rivera, 30, also of Newark, were arrested by Holmdel police after allegedly cutting the locks on a trailer belonging to, and on location at, Valesco Enterprises in Holmdel.

The two men were acharged with third degree Burglary, and third degree Conspiracy to Commit Burglary. They were brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of $20,000, no 10% option, each. A first court appearance is scheduled for November 12 at 9:00 a.m. in Freehold.

Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and State law.
