Somerset Developers created a website which outlines its plans for the Lucent property, which include a spa, health and wellness center, nursing facility, a satellite college campus and a hotel.
Although plans have not been approved, or even officially heard, by the Holmdel Planning Board, Somerset Developers is ready to move forward.
