Woman Arrested, Charged In Holmdel Car Burglaries

A 40-year-old woman was caught on a home security camera entering or attempting to enter vehicles in the Beau Ridge development.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A police investigation of car burglaries in the Beau Ridge development has led to the arrest of a woman Tuesday, officials said.

Shadi Khorram, 40, was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold, police said. No information was released about where she lives.

Police said that at about 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers went to the Beau Ridge development for a report of vehicle burglaries that took place at about 5:30 a.m.

A woman was seen on a Ring camera entering at least three unlocked vehicles and attempting to enter several others. It's believed that nothing was stolen from the unlocked vehicles, police said.
