Holmdel Lewdness Incident: Woodbridge Man Now Charged

Marvin Wiggins, 62, of the Colonia section of Woodbridge, was charged after an incident June 1 at a Holmdel store, police said.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A 62-year-old man from Middlesex County has been charged by Holmdel police with lewdness and harassment in connection with an incident Thursday at an Old Navy store, police said.

Marvin Wiggins of the Colonia section of Woodbridge was charged after an incident that occurred on June 1 at the store, according to a police update.

Police had circulated a photo of a man on Thursday, seeking the public's help in identifying him. Police said the man would approach female customers while on his phone and ask random questions about merchandise.

If anyone has more information or had any interactions with Wiggins, they are asked to contact Sgt. Sigismondi at 732-946-9690, ext. 1743. Holmdel police said Wiggins was identified by Patrolman Sasso.
