LIVINGSTON, NJ — How much does gasoline cost in Livingston? As of Thursday, drivers can fuel up for less than $3 per gallon at one local gas station, according to an online price tracker.

Gas was selling at $2.93 (cash price) at Sinclair, 625 Livingston Avenue in Livingston, according to GasBuddy.

Other local prices include Sunoco at 247 South Livingston Avenue ($3.03) and Shell at 37 West Mount Pleasant Avenue ($3.05).

The average cost of a gallon of gas in New Jersey was $3.03 as of Thursday afternoon. The lowest price was $2.71, which was reported at gas stations in Freehold (Eagle), Fords (Fuel 4) and Ewing (BP).
