[UPDATE] Livingston Family Mourns Einstein

The Livingston family who reported their family dog Einstein missing this morning told Livingston Patch early Thursday evening the dog has died.

Earlier Thursday, Patch ran a story from the distraught family saying the 7-year-old, 50-lb. black poodle had run away on Fillmore Avenue Wednesday.

However, the family says, the dog was found dead Thursday afternoon near where he ran away. It appears his death was from natural causes.

The family thanked township residents for their help.
