Livingston Café Opens For Business, Gets Visit From Council Members

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Several Livingston Town Council members were present at a grand opening for a new local business last weekend: Sugar Tree Café.
The gourmet café – which has another location in Nutley – opened at 107 East Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston on Saturday.
The town’s new mayor, Ed Meinhardt, found himself staring down at an image of himself in a cup of coffee – a technique that has also dazzled other visitors to Livingston’s newest coffeehouse.
