Solar panels on top of Livingston Township buildings began producing free and renewable energy this week, according to the <a href="http://thealternativepress.com/towns/livingston/articles/livingstons-solar-installation-project-is-comple" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Livingston Alternative Press</a>.  The project began last year and involved placing solar panels on the roofs of Livingston's town hall, library and community center.
