In Livingston: Financial, Legal Planning For Special Needs Residents

The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities will hold a free presentation about planning for your special needs loved one.

The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) will host a speech by Laurie Hauptman esquire of the law firm Hauptman and Hauptman, PC on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. in Livingston, NJ in Room T3. There is no charge to attend.

Financial and legal planning for your special needs loved one will be discussed at this meeting. Information such as what to do when your child turns 18 will be shared with the audience. Such topics as guardianships, conservatorships and special needs trusts used in protecting a child with special needs will be covered.
