Confused about the college process? Livingston High School is teaming up with Millburn High School to organize the annual College Night on Monday, Nov. 3. At this event, parents and students can get acquainted with more than 200 colleges from around the country, who will be represented at the event.

The event will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at Millburn High School in the gymnasium as well as in several classrooms on the second floor. Ninth through 12th grade students and parents from all schools and surrounding communities are invited to participate.

“College Night, which was initiated roughly 20 years ago, has been a very successful program,” Nancy Dries of Millburn Township Public Schools stated. “It is sure to be a benefit to any student at any grade level.”

Once again the PTO will be providing a Chinese Buffet from the local Jade Lake Restaurant for all attending college representatives. The PTO will also be sponsoring a hospitality room with home baked goods donated by parents throughout the night for representatives.

Tables will be set up with two colleges per table; students and parents can visit with the college representatives and obtain literature on the schools.
