Art Students Display Works at Livingston Library
Gallery by students ages 4 to 16 features paintings and sketches.
The art students of Christine Qin Wittlinger are displaying their works in a Thanksgiving-themed art show at the Livingston Public Library.
The art works, created by students aged 4 to 16, will be on display until Nov. 30.
They include still life depictions created from water colors, oil pastels and sketches, along with works done in marker and crayon.

Wittlinger, has both art and business degrees from China and America, she says she teaches her students to explore their talent and needs and also encourages them to combine personal expression with drawing techniques.
She said her students have received many awards, including a first place"No smoking poster contest"; second place "school book fair poster contest" for the Livingston School District, and first and second place awards for the contest "Logo Design for Livingston Township Summer Camp 2010."

The library is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
