In Livingston: Mental Health First Aid Course For Adults
The course will teach participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.

The Livingston Mayor’s Wellness Campaign will offer a free adult mental health first aid course on Wednesday, May 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Livingston Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Avenue, on the first floor in the Training Room.
The course will teach participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. Participants will also learn how to reach out and assist someone who may be struggling with their mental health or substance use or is experiencing a crisis.
