None of the proposed projects would receive state aid, according to the announcement from New Jersey School Boards Association, a federation of 586 local boards of education that advocates for school districts, trains local school board members and provides resources to support public education.
The two projects for athletic fields would not be eligible for state aid, and the other ballots contain language that explains “no state support is currently available and the state has not been approving any capital projects for which state facilities aid is requested," the news release says.
