Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?

Vedant is a young man who is actively helping the community in many ways. He is an active participant in Young Men's Service League (YMSL) where he engages in many hours of community service at a variety of organizations including ACEing Autism, Pillarcare Continuum, Furniture Assist, Care One, and Bridges Outreach. In addition, he is raising awareness about autism inclusion in the community. Vedant gave a speech for the Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities about autism acceptance, and he participated in the NJ Transit Announcements for Autism Acceptance Project. Moreover, he has participated in runs to raise money for causes such as Friendship Circle. He also has participated in art exhibits through One River Millburn as well as participated in the Livingston High School Cross Country team, the Miracle Project Mayo Performing Arts Center, the Livingston High School Quiz Bowl, Taekwondo, and Boy Scouts.

Congratulations on your achievements, and all of our best wishes to you in the future, Vedant!
