The Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse (CHOW) will hold a Stuff-The-Bus Event this Thursday.
CHOW is challenging the community to fill the bus with food for their hunger outreach programs. The bus will go to all nine Livingston schools and Beth Shalom Pre-School, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
“Livingston is home to families with financial troubles,” said Sister Barbara, who manages the warehouse. “Families often come to the warehouse at St. Philomena Church on South Livingston Avenue for groceries, and help with items not covered by government assistance, including diapers and cleaning supplies.”
