Take A Walk In Livingston: Summer Club Is Free, Open To Adults
The Livingston Mayor's Wellness Campaign will host a free Walking Club for adults this summer at the Livingston Senior/Community Center.

The Livingston Mayor’s Wellness Campaign will offer a free Walking Club this summer at the Livingston Senior/Community Center. The Walking Club will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Fridays, from July 11 through August 8, 2025.
The Walking Club is free and open to adults over the age of 18. Participants will meet inside the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, on the first floor by the left-side entrance of the building. Participants will walk around the building for one hour, and everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace. Each walk will have a new special guest who will lead the conversation.

Walking is a great way to exercise and offers many health benefits, including helping to maintain a healthy weight, reducing joint pain, improving balance, and lowering the risk of high blood pressure, among others.
