Township Mailing Out Estimated 3rd-Quarter Tax Bills
To avoid interest charges, all payments must be received on or before Aug. 12.
Livingston Township will soon be sending out estimated third-quarter tax bills to residents.
The township has not yet received all of the information necessary to issue final 2013 tax bills and will be issuing estimated bills for the Aug. 1 payment. By mailing estimated bills, the township expects to avoid unnecessary costs associated with issuing tax anticipation notes to borrow money for cash flow purposes, according to a township press release.
To avoid interest charges, all payments must be received on or before Aug. 12.
