County To Dredge Portion Of Lake Takanassee In Long Branch

Long Branch Business Administrator Howard Woolley announced on Tuesday that Monmouth County will dredge a large portion of Lake Takanassee this fall.

The county will dredge the lake from Norwood Avenue to the railroad bridge.

Woolley said the city is getting the final approvals for the project and that it could begin as early as October.
