Monmouth County Jury Indicts Accused Killers Of Woman Found Buried In Long Branch Backyard
Andre Harris and Jennifer Sweeney both indicted on multiple charges in the death of Tyrita Julius

Tyrita Julius had been missing for five months when her body was unearthed in a Long Branch backyard in August.
And the two charged with her strangulation murder and burial were indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on a number of charges on Monday, according to app.com.
Andre Harris and Jennifer Sweeney were both charged with attempted murder and later the murder of Julius. The first attempt on her life happened in Linden in November 2015. She later went missing in March and was found buried in the Long Branch backyard.

The grand jury indicted Andre Harris and Jennifer Sweeney on one count of first-degree murder, one count of third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, one count of second-degree disturbing or desecrating human remains and one count of fourth-degree tampering with physical evidence.
The two were previously indicted in the Linden shooting attempt on two counts of first-degree attempted murder, one count of first-degree conspiracy, one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun and one count of possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose.

The weapon was an electrical extension cord, according to court records.
