New Arts Center, Community Pool To Open This Week In Long Branch
Officials will mark opening of the Long Branch Arts and Cultural Center and the Long Branch Community pool with two ribbon-cutting events.
LONG BRANCH, NJ — City officials will celebrate the grand opening of two recreational facilities this week.
Officials will cut the ribbon to the new Long Branch Arts and Cultural Center at 577 Broadway at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The event will feature a photography exhibit, live music, poetry, food and more. The celebration will run to 8:30 p.m., and there is no fee for admission.
And with summer officially underway, city officials will celebrate the opening of the Community Pool at 275 Atlantic Ave. with a ribbon-cutting celebration at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The pool will open for swimming at 10 a.m. Thursday.
