$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold In Morris County

The $1 million is just a sliver of the record-breaking $868 million jackpot, which remains unwon.

HANOVER, NJ β€” There's still no big winner for the record-breaking Mega Millions jackpot, but one Morris County player is now $1 million richer thanks to their winning ticket.

The $1 million ticket for Tuesday night's drawing was sold at the 7-Eleven on Ridgedale Ave in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover Township. It matched all five of the white balls, but not the Mega Ball. The winning numbers were 03, 45, 49, 61 and 69, the Gold Mega Ball was 09, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05. If the ticket had added on the Megaplier option, it would have been worth $5 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot is now worth $868 Million, the highest jackpot ever for this game. The next drawing will be held on Friday, Oct. 19 at 11 p.m.
