Another $1 Million Lottery Ticket Sold In Morris County

Morris County players have had some seriously good luck this week playing the lottery. Two $50,000 tickets were also sold.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ β€” For the second time this week, a $1 million lottery ticket was sold in Morris County.

The winning Powerball ticket for Wednesday night's drawing was sold at the Valley Road Shoprite in Stirling. The winning numbers for the Oct. 17th drawing were 03, 57, 64, 68 and 69. The Red Power Ball number was 15, and the Multiplier number was 03. The winning ticket matched all five white balls.

Two tickets worth $50,000 were also sold in the county, one at Quick Chek on Main Road in Towaco, and another at the Quick Chek on Parsippany Road in Whippany.

Earlier this week, a $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold in nearby Cedar Hills. The jackpot for both the Powerball and the Mega Millions remain unwon. The Powerball is now worth $430 million, while the Mega Millions has soared to a record breaking $970 million.
