Nominate Your Neighbor For Free Cleaning Service In Long Valley

LONG VALLEY, NJ — It's not uncommon to find people in the Washington Township community willing to help a neighbor in need, and resident Brandon Holmes is taking it a step further.

Holmes, who was born and raised in Long Valley, is the owner of Hathaway Cleaning Co., a cleaning company that specializes in residential and commercial cleaning services.

"As Hathaway continues to grow, I am driven to give back to the amazing community I am proud to be a part of," Holmes said.

To give back, Hathaway Cleaning Co. is asking community members to nominate a neighbor who could use some extra help around the house.

"Whether it's someone battling cancer or illness and requiring assistance with cleaning, a disabled person seeking a helping hand, an elderly individual who could benefit from support, or a veteran deserving of recognition—we are here to help," Holmes said.

The two-hour home cleaning service will be completely free, and Holmes said he plans on running the program throughout the summer once or twice a week.

Hathaway Cleaning Co. was founded in 2020 after Holmes stated that he was in need of a cleaning service for his own home due to a lack of time.

"To my surprise, I struggled to find a local, friendly, reliable, and honest cleaner who met my standards. This frustrating experience inspired me to take matters into my own hands, leading to the creation of The Hathaway Cleaning Company," Holmes said.
