A squirrel came into contact with a powerline around noon on Sunday, causing power troubles, a JCP&amp;L spokesperson told the <a href="http://wrnjradio.com/news/2018/squirrel-blamed-for-power-outage-that-affected-two-counties/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">radio station</a>. About 2,300 customers in Long Valley, Hackettstown, and Mansfield were affected by the outages. Power was back on a short while later.
