When Are Trick-or-Treating Hours in Long Valley?

Township ordinance gives costumed kids a seven-hour window on Oct. 31.

The costume is ready and the candy bucket is empty. All that is needed now is to hit the pavement and start knocking on doors.

But when?

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, Oct. 31, but per Washington Township ordinance, the hours permitted for doorbell ringing are the same as any other day.
