Theft reportedly occurred Friday afternoon on Ridgedale Avenue.

Five radiators were reported stolen last week from a Ridgedale Avenue construction site.

Police said, according to the person reporting the thefts, the radiators were taken between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Friday.

The Madison Police Detective Bureau is investigating and asks anyone with information to call police at 973-593-3000, Detective Kenneth Shannon said.

The site, 25 Ridgedale Ave., is where Madison firefighters conducted a training exercise last month. Developer Richard Romano gave firefighters access to a since-demolished home to practice drills such as sawing holes in roofs, breaking windows and doors, and running hose lines.
