James Weichert Jr., regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced the was recognized for outstanding performance in 2011. The office led the region, which is comprised of offices in Morris and Union counties, for dollar volume, new home dollar volume, listings, new home listings, resale listings, listings sold, sales, new home sales, resales, resale revenue units, and resale dollar volume.
In addition, Weichert, Realtors, announced Sales Associates Marlene Vegter and Janet Calvert of the Madison office were individually recognized for their exceptional industry success during 2011. As top producers, Vegter led the region in new home dollar volume, new home listings, resale listings, listings sold, new home sales, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume, while Calvert led for sales and resales.
Separately, several sales associates at the Madison office were recognized by the New Jersey Association of REALTORS (NJAR) for “demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship” and have been awarded a Circle of Excellence award. They include:
