Bunny in Pool Gets Hand From Madison Cop
An unusual call to Madison Police about a baby rabbit in a pool skimmer has a happy ending.

A officer assisted a resident who found a baby rabbit trapped in their pool skimmer Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Police were called about the animal incident at a Colonial Way home and the officer, Sgt. John Keymer, said it appeared the bunny jumped in the pool and wound up trapped on a ledge in a few inches of water.
He borrowed a glove from the homeowner and reached his hand toward the rabbit, figuring there was a chance the bunny would jump in the pool again and he would have to fish it out.
