Different Styles on Display at Madison Open Houses

If you're looking for homes in Madison this weekend, there are plenty of different styles to look at during open houses. Each of the four options in the Rose City is in a different style, so if you're looking for a Cape Cod, ranch, slit-level, or townhouse, there may be a home that fits what you are looking for. Two of the open houses are from 1-4 p.m., while the other two extend until 5 p.m., giving those looking to see all of the homes an extra hour to drive around town. All of the options are being shown on Sunday. Here's this week's list:

SUNDAY, Aug. 22

• 15 Bedford Ct. – Shown from 1 - 4 p.m. This end unit townhouse has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom have fireplaces, and there is a deck. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet. It is listed at $529,000.
• 5 Delbarton Rd. – Shown from 1 - 5 p.m. This split-level home has four bedrooms and two baths, and has a fenced-in yard. The home has a living room, family room and rec room. It also has a deck. It is been reduced from $549,900 to $535,000.
