Hartley Dodge Phones Working Again

Madison borough hall's phone service was restored as of Wednesday morning after being down earlier in the week.

Service was out Monday and officials said at the time it wasn't expected to be back until at least late Tuesday. Emergency lines continued to work.

While lines were down, an alert encouraged residents to email or drop by Hartley Dodge Memorial in person.

"Email is still up and walk-ins are always welcome," the alert said. "Please refrain from calling the police department unless an emergent condition exists."
