Have 'Coffee With A Cop' In Madison; Police Reach Out To Community
Madison police officers will be on hand at the Waverly Restaurant to answer questions and listen to concerns.
MADISON, NJ — The Borough of Madison Police Department will hold a “Coffee With A Cop” event that will be open to the public on Mar. 3.
According to Madison police, the event will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Waverly Restaurant, located at 14 Waverly Place, in Madison.
Police officers will be on hand to answer questions and listen to concerns from residents.

Coffee With a Cop is a nationwide mission that connects police officers with the members of the communities they serve, giving both the chance to talk and learn more about one another.
"The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and citizens they serve by removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the officers in the Madison neighborhood," said officials.
