Madison Field Hockey Wins Morris County Tournament
Dodgers defeat West Morris for third consecutive title.

Madison High School's field hockey team beat West Morris Wednesday night to win its third consecutive Morris County Tournament.
The Dodgers won 3-1 at Boonton High School.
Elizabeth Turnbull scored the first goal, assisted by Katie Battaglia, Soar-NJ.com reported. Michelle Montagna scored second, and Steph Dellavia scored the third goal off a cross pass by Skyler Oates, according to the website.

Kerrianne Murphy, Maeve Byrne and Kyra Mobley stood out on defense, the website said.
Montagna told Soar-NJ.com winning the county tournament—an accomplishment the team has achieved 19 times—"never gets old."

Coach Ann Marie Davies told the Daily Record the win was well-deserved and the leadership from the seniors on the team is contagious.
