Madison High School Performing Les Miserables

Students at Madison High School are performing the award-winning play, beginning later this month.

Madison High School presents its rendition of the award-winning production “Les Miserables” later this month.

According to the production’s event page, the epic tale is set in 19th century France and follows Jean Valijean after he is released from an unjust imprisonment. Valijean breaks his parole in hopes of starting a new life, commencing a life-long struggle for redemption as a police inspector is skeptical that Valijean can change his ways and start anew.

“Les Miserables” has won more than 100 awards internationally and has been viewed by more than 65 million people worldwide.

Madison High School’s presentation of “Les Miserables” will be shown on March 26 - 28 at Madison High School,170 Ridgedale Ave. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $12 for students under 18, seniors over 60 and for wheelchair only.
